Batty dies in four charges. Replacement promised never kept - from Atoms - We would be happy to replace the product for you. Right now we are currently merging warehouses and have all our product consolidated into one warehouse. Once the products arrive to our new warehouse we will get this shipped over to you. Should be here to ship by next Wednesday.

Have not received it

My order has still not shipped and it’s been over two weeks. I was charged immediately but still no movement on my package. I was told it would go out last week and now it’s crickets. I’m about to dispute it with my credit card company.

7 days post order card charged still not received.
Disgusted
Still have not got the items I ordered. No one answers the phone or calls me back. Some phone # are disconnected. Nobody responds with any information when I email. Soon I will ask my credit card company to dispute the charge. Starting to feel like I have been scammed

I hate to buy new things just because some component has worn out, so I was thrilled they had replacement tips, and I didn't have to throw out my vape. Fast shipping & reasonable prices.
