Is a beautiful necklace 🥹it reminds me of my grandmother

This company deserves 0 stars. I ordered a necklace on 2/12/25. Not only did they take almost 2 weeks to deliver, they delivered to the wrong address and left the package on 2/24/25 outside of a closed business to be taken by anyone. After they sent picture proof to the closed WRONG address, I went to all the local businesses and no one had the package. Per their FAQ - “If your order hasn't arrived within 20 days, please contact us and we'll gladly look into it and make things right for you.” I have been asking since 2/25/25 to get a refund and they have yet to provide it. On 2/27 they said “We can escalate this issue, but our records show it was delivered to the address you provided.” I provided screen shot of correct address on the order, picture of the front closed bowling alley they left it at and picture of front UPS store they should have delivered to. All they are doing is giving the run around and on 3/12/25 had the nerve to ask me to reach out to local courier service and ask for a Non-Receipt Certificate if the order was lost or stolen. They should have done this from the beginning! This is their error, they dropped the ball. I have already spent hours going back and forth with them in an email and providing pictures of where they should have delivered. To take advantage of people who have lost someone and add more grief and unnecessary stress is disgusting and they should be ashamed of themselves! If this happened to you go FTC website and report it.

Bought as a gift. She's pleased with it, although can hardly read the name.

Very beautiful necklace. I order a heart with the wings. My brother in law passed away, so I got It as a gift for my sister with his name on it. She loved it.

Received my angel pendant and I love it! It’s in memory of my mom. I have to get a longer better chain though.
