the necklace itself!!! so wonderful

The jewelry is beautiful my only problem is the packaging. They came in a little bag all tangled up. It took me some time to untangle the necklaces, I almost broke them.

I would give this product zero stars if I could. I am extremely disappointed with my purchase. The item does not meet the specifications described; it is neither stainless steel nor waterproof and clearly lacks the promised non-tarnishing and rust-resistant qualities. Additionally, it is evident that the jewelry is not plated in 14k or 18k gold as advertised. The presentation of the product was lacking as well. Instead of arriving in a proper gift box, it came wrapped in clear plastic, which is unacceptable given the price. I want a full refund for this purchase. To make matters worse, I later found out under the Atma advertisement on Instagram the same item selling on Shein for just $2, which raises serious questions about the value of my order totalling $67.20. Overall, my experience has been unsatisfactory, and I cannot recommend this product to anyone. I wish I could add pictures as evidence.
