The necklace is just as beautiful as advertised and looks expensive. I love it.

The chain I ordered looks fine BUT it's not as big as it looked on your add. I wish it was at least a six mm for me the one I got looks more for a woman. A six mm would have been great. Is there anything you can do for me?

I received 2 free gifts & 2 of my desired purchases from Atma. The third item was not shipped & when I emailed them (in China) I was told it was out of stock! That should have been told to me when I selected the item. Also the fact that they are in China was not readily on their website! The pretty photos of their items are deceiving as well its my opinion falls under false advertising! The prices are the draw and shoppers like me sometimes forget that you get what you pay for! I had to press them to refund me rather than give me a credit or select a comparable item. CVS, yes, the drug store has equal items plus you can take them home with you right away!

I place an order on Dec 15 today is Jan 6 I have not received my order no one will answer phone or return email I send .

Definitely not what I expected. My other 24 inch chain hangs longer down my chest definitely Cincy my other 4 mm is thicker not happy with the product. Definitely not happy with the amount of time. It takes them to email you with questions or problems. Makes me think that their warranty might actually not be that great either

Order took too long to receive. Poor quality . Ad is deceptive in what the necklace actually looks like.

This company has been so frustrating to try and deal with. I placed an order and cancelled it within minutes of ordering it only to find the order was processed and was ready to ship. Tried emailing several times and have yet to have a response. The order showed up after Christmas and tried once again to contact them to see how I can return this order and still no response. The quality of this jewellery is terrible. Very cheap looking. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company against Atma as they have left me with no other option. Beware buyers.
