I ordered my necklace over a month ago… I was very excited it looked like such a beautiful piece that I could wear with anything …Except I never received it I tried emailing and contacting them and no reply… They were quick to take my money… very disappointed… I will never order from them again…

Unfortunately, the item does not meet my expectations or the quality presented at the time of purchase. The shade of gold is uneven and appears grimy, while the rest of the jewelry looks dark, dull, and overall fake in appearance. This is not the quality I anticipated, and I am very disappointed with the product. I emailed for a return and I’m still waiting for a response with instructions for the return.

I have send several emails with an attempt to return my jewelry and I have yet to get a response. I know there's a 30 day window and I have made every attempt before it expire. Then when I do a review I get a response to send a request duhhh I have made 10 NO ONE WILL RESPOND. So, if this is a legitimate company then is it sogard for someone to respond? I really believe this is shell company. All I want is my money back.

Received the anklets and initial pendants. After the first day I requested a return. Sent 6 email and 2 from their website. It's already been 21 days and no response from the company. Wore the anklets twice in 14 days and they're already changing color. Their 14K gold plated jewelry is a not a real thing. Charging $30+ for costume jewelry that changes color after two weeks is atrocious. Not responding to returns is egregious and this company needs to be put on full blast. We work to hard for our money and spend it to support your business only for you to not respond to customer concerns and complaints.
