Too long to ship

They are terrible with customer service and response when there are issues. The anklets I received were very poor cheap quality and not as large/long as described. I tried reaching them to return for a refund over 20 times. I decided to send them back with proof of service to the address on the shipping envelope. They received it and now tell me they don’t know that address an didn’t receive it. That was around $70 plus shipping that a senior can’t afford to lose. Do not do business with this company unless you are willing to take a risk and lose your investment. Angry and upset customer

I love the bracelet however, when I tried to down size it I couldn't figure out how to get the pieces back together. Unfortunately now I have pieces and can't wear it.

Shipping took way too long. Was not aware the item was coming from China. This was a birthday gift that was 8bdays late because of this

Horrible place, the sent the cheap free jewelry that I did not purchase but not the actual one I purchased, does not look like the pictures. They never delivered the jewelry I purchased so had to dispute it with my credit card. Don’t use these people.

When I received the produce, it looked beautiful, but cheap. I know I would not be able to wear the necklace or bracelets very long. I wore the necklace one night and it is already tarnishing. The quality is horrible. You can get better jewelry in the $.99 store. I will never buy from this company again. If you buy, buy at your own risk.

I wouldn’t buy. I had them for a week and they’re turning a brass color. Save your money
