I ordered some merchandise, they had my delivery address wrong. I was directed to fix it and I did so. Then they told me that my address wasn’t in the delivery zone. I requested a refund and was told that I couldn’t get one. Everything was done by email no person to speak with. Their response time was horrendous days later with the same lame response.
