Haven’t received my order yet, it’s been in transit since June 29th.

I received my product on a Friday afternoon. I put it on and on Saturday noonish I looked at the anklets and they were tarnished to the point that it didn’t even look like gold. It looked like rust. Within 24 hours the product was worth nothing . I immediately took pictures and send it in asking for 100% money back guarantee 100% refund. And they gave me methods of how to clean it how to take the tarnish off so every time I wear it I have to clean it to take the tarnish off? Makes no sense but I gave it a try. But the tarnish did not come off. I submitted pictures again and I asked for a refund. They suggested that they would give me a 15% refund. And I said this is not what their website says. The website says 100% guarantee. 100% is not 15%. So needless to say I declined. They sent me a replacement at my request and again they’ve tarnished so with that said everything‘s in the garbage I don’t think I have to tell you that this product is nothing but garbage where it belongs.
