Do not use this vpn it is impossible to…
Do not use this vpn it is impossible to cancel your subscription manually you have to email them and even then they are slow at replying and do not cancel it when they say they do. I requested multiple refunds well within the 30 day money back guarantee and they offered me coupons instead of refunding I am so disappointed tried multiple vpns before this and have never experienced this kind of service. Verbindung bricht ständig ab
und es kann nicht am System liegen, da es auf einem Windows 11 Notebook, einem Windows 10 PC, einem MacMini M1 und auf dem iPhone ebenso passiert. Warum zwei Sterne? wenn es mal funktioniert, dann ist die Verbindung wenigstens schnell. Antwort an AtlasVPN: habe es mit "Auto", WireGuard und IPSec probiert.

Such a Pain
Such a Pain. used it for a month was not satisfied so tried to cancel my subscription I then spent around 3 hours looking up how to do it when it turned out you need to fill out a form and send it to them which I then did and was followed by another couple of emails trying to keep me to stay with them and completely ignoring the form I had sent in. this went on for a week so now I've just been charged another £8 again. Makes you think just how careful you have to be online when companies can just take advantage like this. There are no call numbers and the customer service is horrendous. Highly recommend not bothering with these guys there scam artists.

Very good customer service
Very good customer service. The live chat doesn't appear if all of their operators are busy so sometimes you have to wait until it appears.

Didn't work with any UK streaming…
Didn't work with any UK streaming service including Skygo and iplayer. Got an immediate refund from the service team when they said they couldn't help
