We lost a dog due to the harness design
I've had harnesses repaired multiple times by this company but my problem is with the design. A "lifetime warranty" price should mean a better design than what one finds at the big-box stores, but except for the magnetic clasp it's the same 3-strap design that a dog can apparently back out of. My husky/malamute did this one evening while outside on our property, and ran off with our 18-month old Aussie-mix in tow. He came back, she didn't; and even though my husband went out twice to look for them we found the next morning that she'd been hit by a car. I contacted the company and changed my review on the site but after almost a year nobody has reached out.
