This program has gotten rid of so much stress for me. In one year of financial hardships my debt blew up. Atlas helped me work through that.

It ruined my credit, put me in more debt then what I had prior. They suckered you in to getting a loan to pay off the debt. In reality it adds to the debt. Started this program with around 32k of credit card debt. Now I have a 42k loan I'll be paying back now

So far things are going well with my debt. When I call I get my questions answered.

I m very happy that one of my credit bill was settled . But there’s one thing I don’t feel satisfied. All your customer representatives are all very nice except one of them didn’t talk to me friendly.

People need to know that this is a process that can take years for an outcome and their credit will be affected for the entire time. Atlas did not work on contacting my creditors and work for a fast relief. The majority of accounts were going to collections. Still to this day, after 7 months of working with Atlas certain creditors have not been contacted and continue to have negative I'ma t on my credit. When signing up I was told it would be a fast process and would take no more than 6 months for all accounts to be completed. Then I find out it can take years. Gain people's trust then they change the information after all the paperwork is complete. If people can get a loan and pay off everything l, do that instead and don't have people sign up for this type of program.

Good website and app. Frequent updates. Good customer service reps.
