I ordered Atlas Coffee Club’s Superblend and it was one of the most disappointing coffees I’ve tried. When I asked for a refund, the company hid behind its “Terms & Conditions” and required me to pay to ship the product back, follow strict packaging rules, and ship it within just 7 days of their email to qualify. For a first-time customer, that’s an unreasonably short window and a very unfriendly return process. If you don’t like the coffee, expect to spend more money and hassle just to get your refund.

Atlas Coffee Club reached out to me as a travel blogger, giving me a special code for my readers, as part of their “Affilate Program.” I would make a commission based on readers signing up via my link. Well, I’ve sadly come to realize that their “Affiliate Program” is likely a scam. After months of trying to contact them, repeated emails with NO response, & no ability to access my Affiliate Dashboard ~ I’m giving up on them, & wanted to warn others not to waste time signing up with their “Affiliate Program.” Like me, you’ll probably never see a dime from them.

The coffee is watery, thin and completely lacking any robust flavor or aroma. Lukewarm brown water with zero taste. Taste as if someone poured hot water over coffee beans. Worst coffee I've ever had!

I placed an order, and within seconds, responded to Customer Service that I wanted to add to that order and not pay shipping twice. They were closed for the weekend. However, on Monday morning, they responded that it had already shipped when they got the email. BS I cancelled service immediately. Once my order arrived, I drained the hopper of my espresso machine. I expected a wonderfully tasting coffee from all the hype. Man, I was disappointed and so glad I cancelled the subscription. I have bought coffee from Thrive Farmers for years and have been happy, and now I am sticking with them.

Received a six-month gift membership. First bag was seriously delayed. Now the second bag is supposedly on the way, but I am being denied access to their website to check on my subscription and tracking. Tried to reset my password, but nothing changed. I sent them an email instructing them to cancel the gift and refund my friend's money. Total ripoff! Not worth the hassle for a few bags of coffee!!

Disappointing Delivery Service - Repeated Delays Force Cancellation. I've been a subscriber to Atlas Coffee Club for a while and initially enjoyed the service. However, the consistent and unacceptable delays in my coffee deliveries have forced me to cancel my subscription. A subscription service should mean regular deliveries, but that has not been my experience lately. I've contacted Atlas Coffee Club multiple times about this issue. Their response? They blame the shipping carrier, USPS, and claim they aren't responsible for delays. This is simply not acceptable. It's their responsibility to choose a reliable shipping partner. Continuing to use USPS, despite the constant delays, shows a lack of care for their customers' experience. I'm tired of having to buy subpar coffee from the store or Starbucks to fill the gaps caused by Atlas Coffee Club's unreliable delivery. It's clear from other reviews here on Trustpilot that I'm not the only one experiencing this problem. Atlas Coffee Club needs to take ownership of this issue and find a better shipping solution. Until they do, I cannot recommend their service. I've had enough and have found a more dependable coffee subscription. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

I signed up for a subscription on Nov 16 2024 to give as a gift to a family member for Christmas. I placed the first delivery date as Dec. 16th. We are now at December 28th, my family members have not received their gift. I have contacted customer support numerous times. They said they would send out another order. All order tracking is stuck at DHL the shipping partner they use? No one can give me any answers on when my family members will actually receive the product I paid for. I am very disappointed and full of regrets for purchasing a 6 month subscription. I upheld my side by paying for their service. They haven't upheld theirs. Terrible experience.

I placed the order and received it, that was fine. But I sent them SEVERAL emails asking them to cancel my subscription, and they never responded. It does say in their FAQs how to cancel your subscription, but it is not located where they said it was. They appear to have hidden the subscription cancellation. There is a way to pause it, but no way to cancel it. Extremely annoying.
