estimated ship times? not really a problem
I am unable to find, anywhere, even an estimated window for delivery of my order. Is a little frustrating. However, after a quick chat with a rep (email response in just a few hours!! AMAZING!) and was informed that shipping was done through amazon and was provided the information. Top marks to everyone who made my order happen! If their was a notice about shipping fulfillment, I did not see it, Perhaps consider making that more prominent on the seller page?

I am sorry you are frustrated - i responded to your email within 10 minutes of receiving it with your tracking information - amazon also emailed you when they received the order to shop your package. I am sorry for any confusion or difficulty.

STL's look awesome and though I have…
STL's look awesome and though I have yet to get them printed yet, the files on the slicer look like they will print extremely well. I had no warnings of errors, missing pieces, or anything of the sort.

I had an issue downloading the files, Atlas solved my issue same day. Via email communication as well! Absolutely stellar customer service.

Got coins from kickstarter but can't use them
I got coins from there sinners kickstarter and the sight has nothing I can spend them on every tab I tried was either empty of gave a 404 error

Hey Derek, we appear to have had some kind of error with our role based settings. During the last update it appears everyone lost their roles, I think i sorted yours out. You should be able to see things now. In the future you can always shoot us an email.

The site tends to hide all of the items…
The site tends to hide all of the items in the shop after I log in, its pretty odd. That and the categories can be confusing. There are days I just want an alphabetical list to go through.
