Hey David, we appear to have had some kind of error with our role based settings. During the last update it appears everyone lost their roles, I think i sorted yours out. You should be able to see things now. In the future you can always shoot us an email.

some of the credit stuff got a bit confusing, and the layout was a bit difficult to search for models through with everything being catagorised the way it was. For instance I found something i would have much prefered to spend my credits on after the fact, just because I didn't see it as i was looking through the other models since they where catagorised by creator instead of being able to look for something like all large figures. Adding all the the rewards from the kickstarter as free purchases instead of just already having it added to my library was needlessly time consuming, especially since some of them didn't have pictures so i wasn't sure what it was until i downloaded it. also downloading my purchases was a bit finickey, and took multiple tries most time.

We are very sorry for the delay - thankfully the resin has finally arrived at the EU port - it spent a month getting bounced from carrier to carrier - we are just waiting for it to clear customs now.

The store functions okay enough. The categories are a bit confusing to navigate on mobile, haven't tried a desktop browser. There aren't a whole lot of models I'm interested in.
