Didnt respond to my request for a business account. Customer service epic fail.

Atlantic Union Bank operates on the cheap. This out of town bank from the low cost Richmond exurbs came in here and bought and ruined my great hometown bank, Sandy Spring. ATM's no longer dispense ten dollar bills; customers are no longer issued free paper checks, not even the economy checks; branches have been closed; and the chairman cuts corners on customer service.

Customer service is horrible! No communication with the clients! Can’t fix anything, no one knows what there doing!!!

The nicest people are at AUB in Cape Charles VA. I've had no problems with this bank. They've been awesome so far

Atlantic Union Bank doesn’t give any consideration to nonprofit organizations. My kids Girl Scout troop is getting slapped with fees all over the place. When I called to ask for help I was told I could go into a physical location and waste my time there and hope someone would be able to help. I was originally with Sandy Spring bank until Atlantic Union Bank bought them and turned them into a pile of excrement. And Sandy Spring bank wasn’t really all that great in the first place, but somehow they managed to actually make it worse.

I've been trying to set up online access to my family's business account for months now. Customer service both in the branches and on the phone has been rude and totally unhelpful. My father is 92 and just had heart surgery, so I'm trying to pay my family's taxes and literally can't do it because of Atlantic Union! Also, I already had access set up through Sandy Spring, so on top of being totally unhelpful now, they somehow screwed up my initial access during the transition. Big boos to AUB.

Since they took over Sandy Spring Bank, they have been horrible to work with. There bill pay is the worst I have ever seen. And my experience with them has not been good and will be getting rid of them for my banking needs.

Complaint ! Atlantic Union released a payment to Temu with no investigation . I made a purchase to Temu for $6 and change also $35 after receiving the merchandise it was not what i ordered and I returned and no other purchase was made . I didn't notice my statements in the mail because of a address / street issue October 6, 25 for 104.08 , I contact the bank to do a dispute / fraud charge on my bank card of Atlantic Union . I was told that the charge was over 60days and the money was released to the merchant with no investigation because of their policy which I wasn't aware until February / March 23 . I stress to senior's to check your statements after speaking to the Manager stating he was sorry about releasing my funds for merchant I never purchased . Seniors be aware of this new bank and watch your statements carefully !
