Great experience. Mr Lance our driver was very accommodating and professional. The bus had trash on it from the last putting and one of the DVR monitors did no work. Would use them again for sure.

We had a great day. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that the bus was a bit late, but we still made it to our destination on time!!

My entire experience was very professional from the beginning-making my reservations to our arrival home on the date of my trip. My entire group loved our driver, Joe Pruce. He was warm, personable, and very accommodating. He had a great sense of humor! Joe kept us up-to-date with the weather conditions as we drove into a storm on the return home. He was an extremely safe driver. The only reason that I didn’t give 5 stars was because we rode on an older bus that did not have wii fii, and the microphone had a short in it. Overall, this was a good experience.

Driver was nice, but didn't get us to our destination in a timely manner.

The representative (Melissa) worked very patiently with me as I reserved the bus and made the payment. Her attitude and attention to what I needed was exemplary! However, it wasn’t clear about the permit for parking and where passengers were suppose to be dropped off when riding the bus. The bus driver was able to modify some parking and we made it safely in and out of DC. Our bus driver was fantastic!

We have had some challenging and strategic transportation requests for our training camps and Melissa has been understanding, accommodating, and very helpful with making sure we had the most accurate pick-up and drop-off time. Thanks Melissa

Missing at times are broken seats and cup holders. Otherwise everything is very good and I have an excellent driver(Smitty) that we all love and hope to continue that relationship for as long as we continue our trips each month.I do not talk to the office too often but when I have the need to I have found the people to be very professional and friendly. 4.5 stars. 55-passenger bus for NYC trip in December 2017. ACC was super-affordable and the driver was professional and friendly. Bus and bathroom were very clean. Only reason I didn't give this a 5-star was because of the temperature in the bus. Every passenger brought a winter coat and blanket because of the weather, however, it was stifling hot for most of the ride to NY and back to MD. This made for a very uncomfortable ride. We let the driver know at least 3 times at which point I believe he had turned off the A/C but in about 10min, the temperature had risen again. This is our only complaint as a group. Better to be a little cold than hot. Regardless, we would definitely use ACC again!
