My driver waited over an hour to pick up the racks, I've done business before with APR, the products are good and reasonably priced. I called in the order 2 days in advance, that long wait cost me money in employee hours and vehicle usage. No reason for the long wait.

One of the beams was welded wrong and could not be installed. They required us to come back and swap it for a replacement. This required us to incur additional expense and loss of our time.
