After submitting photos I went in for the appointment at the Brooklyn office and my bag was inspected and given an offer within a few minutes after it was authenticated. The entire process took about an hour. My only critique is the limited amount of appointment slots however that is understandable since the NY office is new. I would definitely sell any future bags here and highly recommend.
