User-friendly web experience. Bag was well photographed and condition was accurately explained.

Love my bag so much. It is in perfect condition, better than the site stated. It’s my new favorite and arrived quickly. I can’t wait to get my next bag soon.

Really nice people in the office. I did go and pick it up in person and it would be very nice if there was a place other than the hallway to look at bags. The price was more than fair.

ALB was spot on with my shopping experience! They responded quickly and honestly as well as so patient with my questions. The Chanel wallet on Chain is perfection! Thank you
