Being an old guy I've always struggled to follow an exercise "plan". JACKED is the first plan that I have followed as close as possible, in many years. I think the reason I'm able to follow the JACKED program is because I made a commitment and I trust the information giving from ATHLEAN-X (Jeff & Michael).
