ATHLEAN-X™Reviews of athleanx.com

I recently purchased the beast program from Athlean x website. Being a personal trainer myself, I found Jeff's free videos full of knowledge that I have not learnt over the years or in any course. It is nice to have a training schedule laid out for me as opposed to me having to write one out for myself; something I have been doing for the past 20 years. I have my own gym in a garage which does make following the plan easier then in a public gym. Jeff's knowledge is phenomenal and I will be purchasing his other programs in the future. Worked out to be £80 in UK currency. The £80 spent is much cheaper then paying a personal trainer and joining a gym. I am controlling my food intake which is going well with the training. It is similar to Jeff's meal plan, which you can chose to use. Thanks Jeff for all your efforts and sharing your knowledge. I do hope to come out and visit you at some point in my life. God bless.

Love the plan I am on, really works for me and good advice from Jeff. Was looking for a plan I could do at home, and the sessions are short but effective.

Been doing his programmes for the past 18 months. I'm in the best shape of my life thanks to Jeff!

This is the best health and fitness programme I have used. In 3 months I completely transformed my body and my attitudes to nutrition. It is clear, no BS, honest and to the point with easy to follow programmes designed around your desired goals. It may be easy to follow - but it's deceptively hard to actually do - in a good way. At first glance the exercises seem easy and you think you'll never see results. But trust the process - stick with it - and you absolutely will see results. Those who give bad reviews either don't know what they're talking about or they didn't truly follow the programme and give it everything they've got. If you don't give it maximum effort - you won't see the results.

The program is the real-deal for those willing to put in the work. This isn't an 'immediate results' scam. This isn't 'muscle confusion' or 'body type' surveys. It's rigorous exercise and nutrition (not a fad diet) - applied with discipline and science. Yup - hard work. Will you be able to do everything on day 1? No, and if you could, you probably wouldn't be reading reviews online trying to determine what workout plan you're willing to try. Here's the secret: AthleanX is the program. YOU still have to do the work. Disclaimer: I've been using AthleanX for ~50 days, I'm sticking to a nutrition plan that works for me (derived from the one provided), and am seeing sustainable results.

Super godt!

This is the best fitness brand that I have ever seen. The youtube content is top notch and the workout programs really do work. I've bought a bunch of them already and as the title says; the gains are real! I dropped my bodyfat percentage from 14% to 8% and put on 18 lbs of muscle. I have never looked better and my self confidence has skyrocketed. I recommend this brand to everybody.

I have purchased 4 Athleanx programs, and use the Athleanx supplements. over the past year I have to say I am ecstatic about the results. The best result is that my wife now shows me off to all her friends. I think she is more excited about my new body than I am.
