Since then I bought several workouts and the least I can say is that Jeff's passion and sound advice has led me to workout regularly and has impacted my lifestyle in an incredibly positive way! Everything about Athlean-X Six Pack app is great! The video visuals, the app layout, and the helpful info! I have never seen such a great app, this app is significantly better programmed and easier to use that even large company workout apps. Jeff, please create more workout apps for back, chest, legs, etc!!! In addition, the YouTube channel is very helpful and informative with a touch of humor to some of the videos! Thank you Jeff for the great workouts!!!

Perfect. I got exactly what I asked for as is always the case with Athlean X. My mistake was quickly fixed by Athlean X and it's a big shout out to the staff of Athlean X as well. Jeff is obviously in the limelight but the customer service team have always been faultless and I have never had a bad or even delayed supplement order. This is why they are the best company, not just the best YouTube vids.
