I first found the AX community this past July and feel like after years of training haphazardly, I am now reaping the benefits of “putting the science back in strength”. I began my journey with Xero followed by AX-1/TNT and have now completed the first month of OSI. The AX programs, educational content, and forums have far exceeded my expectations. Customer service was fantastic. I would highly recommend anyone considering joining the AX community to do so. Thanks Jeff and team!

Like most people I found out about Athlean X through their YouTube channel, the huge variety of workouts which are all tailored to your personal ability is absolutely unmatched. I have also had the pleasure of dealing with the customer support via email and they were all extremely helpful and supportive! For anybody who enjoys Jeff's YouTube content or would like to improve their physique while also getting much stronger I would without a doubt reccomend AthleanX miles above the competition. Each exercise is very clearly explained in detail and easy to perform correctly without the risk of injury, the platform also has a great range of meal plands and ideas inside the nutrition hub which is an amazing addition to any plan! I could not be happier with my purchase!

I completed one of the training packages for the full 90 days and have to say not only I but my fellow grapplers also noticed an increase in my strength and endurance (as well as my appearance) making me a considerably strong opponent in BJJ. Since I've never been on a program it was a fantastic instructional for a beginner on the different exercises although towards the middle I'd replace some exercises with others. The program has helped me understand what I now need to do in order to develop my own program for myself.. Great starting place! Also great you can track your weight /reps for the different exercises

I had quite a big issue (I won’t go into details of what it was) but the customer service at AthleanX were very helpful, communicative and supportive. The person I spoke to in particular went above and beyond for me and I can’t speak highly enough of them. They’ve really helped me out with this one and I can’t give them any less than 5 stars. I accidentally ordered a program twice, sent customer service was on top of it within hours. All of the programs I have done so far have been great. I honestly am seeing the best results I have in years, and the little videos about avoiding injuries, and helping with aches and pains have been a godsend. Thank you Jeff and team

Misunderstanding the AthleanX programs, I accidentally bought the AX1 program. To sort out my confusion and grant me an exchange, I interacted with the Support team and they had utmost kindness and patience when helping me out. After thoroughly explaining my situation, the Support team went far above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase and that I was happy with the program that I ended up receiving.
