Signed up for it. Browsed the site and decided this wasn’t for me. Contacted support for a refund and to cancel any further payments on two separate occasions. I was cordial in my email and they ignored me both times. Basically took my money and ran. Not professional customer service at all.

I tried the Athlean X program for a month and I must say I'm very disappointed with the results. I followed the workouts and meal plan strictly and remained the same weight and waist size since day one. The workouts were boring as hell too. I basically did the same rotation workout everyday for a month with a little tweak each week. I was going out of my mind, but I stuck with it to at least see the end of the month results. The only reason why I'm giving it one star is because the food was good. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLAN. Sadly I would rather do VShred lol.

Even their replies to reviews are a joke, condescending and lies. Look at all the other bad reviews. I’m obviously not the only one who had a terrible experience with them. Plenty of much better workout programs WITH APPS out there and nicer companies. Who doesn’t have an app these days?! Not to mention their rude replies and them chasing me down harassing me with message after message asking me to take my review down because they gave me a refund. Umm no that’s not how reviews work. I’m much happier with the program I’m now using that has a great app and it couldn’t be easier to use, so much more in depth and doesn’t look like a VHS tape they made in the 80’s. Go elsewhere or this place with harass you until you block them.

I am so disappointed with AthleanX Web page. Honestly i think that it is one of my worst buy of my life. Youtube channel is really great so i thought that premium content will be even better,but it is very bad. way worse than in youtube. Muscle gain and fat loss program AX-1 is complete waste of time. Exercises are as basic as it can be and there is almost no technique explanation. And then there is meal plan. There is no calories, Nutrients, serving size or anything in that way. Just basic food name. After 20 minutes in this page i searched how to get refund. Of course you can't get one. Even if you have used the webpage for one day. Can't recommend to anyone.

Confused about when I am allowed to return product and because of that they would not allow me to return. Horrible customer service!

Bought and loved the Inferno Shred programme, it is fabulous and the digital content top notch. When completing the Inferno Shred, moved on to Athlean X as the website suggested, and its awful. The exercises are not nearly as good and the video content is amateur. Athlean wont refund or exchange. I dont know what the other programmes are like but the policy is pretty lame. Of course they cannot tell if you are trying them all out and just asking for a refund but at what point is there any trust? This programme is genuinely poor. Lost customer

Horrible! I anticipated this being similar to P90X, but it's not at all. Instead I paid $97.00 for 11 second videos showing me how to do workouts I already knew.

I bought a program based on the program selector. The membership area is very unintuitive to use, so I downloaded the pdf of the program to see what it is about. Turned out that the program is not something that I enjoy or can force myself to do, so I asked for a refund or to switch programs. Both has been denied.
