Hey everyone, if you are on the edge about trusting Jeff with your future Health, Wellness and Fitness goals. Don’t be. TAKE THE LEAP. Here is why. I found Jeff when I was 16yo old I believe (it’s been a very long time). I started with his AX1 program. I was looking to get a better understanding of exercise itself and was trying to find out how to perform the countless different exercises one can do. Especially with a goal of losing weight and gaining muscle. I’ve always been sort of a chubby guy. AX1 got me into consistent exercise as a whole. With great volume for “beginners.” I was hooked and bought AX2. AX2 was such a great transition. It really went in deep with expanding on the exercises you’ve learned in AX1. Because you had already gone through AX1 it knows exactly where to push you in AX2 and goes even further with different muscle tension strategies like integrating more plyometrics and time under tension. I’ve been using Jeff’s programs religiously for years now. I’m 24 now and can honestly say that because of following Jeff’s programs. Using plenty of his supplements. I’ve been able to set myself up above my peers. I’ve used AX1, AX2, MaxShred, Breakout, Beast, Monster Maker. Even some of his one month programs like Tactical X. (Because I’m a Flight Paramedic in the military and maxing my ACFT was important to me) and Jeff absolutely crushes the programming every single time. Look, before this gets way to long. I’m not paid for this. This is just a way I can give back to Jeff for giving me the knowledge to chase my ambitions of getting a hell of a lot stronger and leaner. Because of his content. It’s inspired me to get a degree in Exercise Science and become a Personal Trainer. Currently going to school to become a Physical Therapist through the Military. Because of the years I’ve followed Jeff’s advice. It’s truly shaped my Health and Wellness journey. Take the leap like I did. As much as I’ve spent on all of Jeff’s products. I can easily say I would have paid double for them if I knew then what I know now.
