Had an issue with my account and even though it was Christmas eve, Judith from support was kind enough to get that sorted and I was able to continue doing the workout. As for the training … top notch as usual. Jeff is great.

I trained a lot , but with athlean x it was something else . always train harder and challenge myself and it is not boring at all , always excited to go and train. And about the Support you will not be disappointed at all .they are fast and always solve you problems.

I had an error with my recent order and a got in touch with the technical support team. It was the best tech support ever. They got back to me within the day and sorted out my problem.

In short, I think Athlean X is amazing, both in the quality of their fitness programs and in the quality of their customer service and technical support. It's not perfect, but I don't expect perfection, not from an individual and not from a company. I do expect honesty and integrity. Mistakes happen, whether in the form of a person doing something wrong or having a bug in an algorithm, that's life. I have dealt with companies that would try to weasel out of responsibility at even a whiff of a mistake attributed to them. That hasn't been my experience with Athlean X. First off, mistakes that I've encountered have been few and far between (I can count on one hand the number I can recall with some fingers left over). But when they have happened, I noticed they get corrected ASAP. Recently, I purchased two full programs as part of a deal that enabled me to select three bonus programs. However, one of the three bonuses I chose did not come through. I sent in a request to their support team, and I expected it to take more than a day and to have at least some back-and-forth about whether I was actually entitled to the third bonus. Instead, it was addressed within half an hour with a simple "happy to help, here's the bonus you should have gotten." It was that simple, which, when dealing with any form of customer service, is a HUGE breath of fresh air. So I give this company the highest rating; not only are their programs great, but if anything goes wrong they do their best to correct it without trying to shift blame or avoid responsibility.

Customer support was amazing and very quick to resolve an issue I had with a program. I accidently purchased the wrong program and they were able to resolve the issue and provide me with the correct program almost immediately. 10/10.

AthleanX support was awesome! They handled the issue professionally and in a timely manner. I am totally satisfied with the service I received. Jim
