Chris, we are glad to hear that the golf shoes are comfortable for you! Our grip n' glide technology in the tread is meant to provide that stable base that a spiked golf shoe would provide. #TeamAthalonz thanks you for your kind review. -Team Athalonz

William, thank you for taking the time to review our product, and we are happy the shoes are providing you with a more stable base! On our website's main page, we have a bundle package with insoles or the option to buy them separately. We also noticed that during the time you bought, we were running two different promotions on the shoes, so we are sorry you missed out on that opportunity. -Team Athalonz

Granville, we appreciate the feedback and are sorry to hear that the shoe did not fit right on you, however, the insole kit is an optional add-on and the shoes were made to have a true-to-size fit without the insoles as well. We are glad to hear that the return process was quick and easy! -Team Athalonz
