They have treated the workers quite bad as they are giving unclear description of the calculation of the fee. Targeting Asian (Indonesians and Philippines) people to get hours of works that expect high accuracy with very very low salary. Like they gave deceptive understanding about the payment rate. Didn't give proper illustration of what the worker will get when transcribing total number of audio files. How could someone transcribe a file with high accuracy just within 1 or 2 minutes? and each audio file last for 62 secs (approx. 1 minute) and their payment is actually based on the total hours of audio files reviewed, so you need to transcribe around 60 audio files (each file duration is around 60 secs = 1 minute) to reach 1 hour (60 minutes) total of audio files reviewed which worth $6 pay rate !!! And the calculation is not based on the time spent on reviewing each audio file. Which is not clearly stated upfront! It's so in-human!
