AternosReviews of aternos.org

Free, and that's all. You can get better services. I recommend fabithost. Aternos is laggy and you cant put your own plugins

It's a great service. You get a technically infinite amount of plugins, or mods, or both. You can make both java and bedrock servers with many different server softwares. I personally use it a lot. Its generally how me and my friends spend time together during stupid stuff like this pandemic. Honestly just something really fast and easy to use. There have been many improvements over the years like being able to upload schematics and use a dedicated ip on your server. 5/5 would recommend to others.
