I ordered a poster from this store and received it 3-4 weeks late, and the poster was severely damaged. I contacted the store and while waiting for a reply I went ahead and purchased a different poster from Amazon which came days later. I no longer needed/wanted the poster I’d originally ordered and emailed support for a refund. They denied my request and said they would reprint it for me but that it still would take weeks for me to get the delivery. I understand the delay with my first delivery due to the pandemic but I should not have to wait over a month for the same product to be reprinted and redelivered when I’ve already replaced it with a product from amazon.

I bought a product on 28 of April. On 1 of May it left US. on 18 of May there are any news on where my product is and the customer service do not give me any feed back and Refuse to give me confirmation on my refund request. No product and no money back I lost my money. Really bad experience

unable to contact company because of not having an order number on my invoice so when going to their web site to complain about the poor quality of the print I received I can't get any further because of not having an order #. And when they look it up by my e-mail and name it won't come up. So I call and still can't get any further because of NO order number!!! So how do I get in contact with them???

Accidentally ordered the wrong thing and caught it in under four hours. Apparently that is considered too late to cancel or change an order. Awful customer service.

Biggest con going, I paid over £40 for 2 pieces of paper (only one arrived) and what disgraceful quality it is, the print is to close to the edge (the words) so cannot be framed properly, and the quality of paper and print is shocking, could’ve bought same quality in UK for less than a £1......keep your money please this is a con.

Ordered a Border Terrier poster Now Wash Your Paws. Was so looking forward to it arriving. At a time like this I really needed a pick me up. It arrived in very flimsy packaging. When I took the poster out, it was ripped in a couple of places and had been so badly rolled that there is a big crease in it that won’t come out. It’s also not printed very well. It is on very thin paper and isn’t crisp. I paid a lot of money for this poster, as well as a premium price for delivery. It definitely is not worth that sort of money. $31.98. Not even worth half of what I paid! I have contacted the company via PayPal and really hope they honour a refund. Was so looking forward to this poster arriving. Be warned!

Bought a poster from Ateefad, The Standards of Particle Physics. The poster contains multiple spelling mistakes throughout the poster. When asked for a refund or a new copy with the defects addressed, they said that they do not see any variations or differences. They do not care if their product that they are selling has flaws. Trend carefully when buying items from them.

SO disappointed with the quality of these posters I ordered at $26/piece. They are garbage and one was never sent and the company refuses to acknowledge the missing item. You cannot call and talk to a damn human either - only email without being able to explain what the issue is fully. One poster got crushed during mailing and is ruined and they won't replace that either. Never order from this company - they are awful to deal with and their product sucks when you actually see it in person.
