Horrible Customer Service!!. Order from these folks at your own risk. Pray your product is good because you will never talk to anyone there and all customer service inquires are responded to with a standardized circular response. You will spend days going around and around in circles trying for a resolution that never comes. I ordered a poster that had a nasty blemish on it. I wanted a refund but all I get is another poster with the exact same blemish. I would discourage anyone from ordering from this company!!

My order has been missing for 5 weeks and they have closed all the tickets I've opened on their website without resolution or a refund. Their 888# is a joke with only 2 options that both ultimately just tell you to go to the website to lodge your complaint. All I want is my $30 back...looks like this company is a complete scam.

Really, my poster...poor quality and resembled a thin sheet of paper. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Plus it took over 4 weeks to get products. One was supposed to be a gift. Would not give this cheap poster to anyone!!

I paid for a poster that came in a torn shipping tube. The poster was so wrinkled with obvious damage to the print to render unusable. Do NOT order from them

This company is dead to me. I ordered a poster, pictured on facebook, in a frame. I understood that the frame did not come with the poster and planned to buy a frame when it arrived. When the poster arrived, there was less than 1/4 inch margin between the print and upper edge of the poster, making it totally unsuitable for framing. I filed a claim as directed,but there are issues on that page with drop downs. The second poster was shipped and received about 10 days later with the EXACT SAME ISSUE. I got an e-mail response to my complaint, saying they offer a "100% guarantee" but in another line, "we cannot offer, returns, exchanges or refunds." This product was overpriced and poorly printed. Will NEVER do business with this company again.

They put through an unauthorized second order after I had placed one previous a few minutes before, I tried to cancel the order as soon as I had seen it come through (a few hours) and they said they cannot cancel it as it is already in process (bank holiday Sunday). Be careful of the website it’s very buggy and tricky, you’ll find stuff added to your basket that you didn’t put in.

I ordered a 'poster', which is represented as 'wall art'. it took more than 4 weeks to arrive and is a crappy little poster, all rolled up in a shipping tube. the paper is flimsy, the color is muted and horrible. i would NEVER hang something like this in my home. it sucks! and there are no returns! I paid $27 for an $8 POS. I hope you don't make the same mistake :(

The poster did not look like the advert. It was low resolution and on glossy paper. The print wasn’t even entirely aligned so the words touched the edge of the paper preventing proper framing.
