Horrible customer service!! So many of these 5star reviews here are fake!

Horrible!!! The t-shirt I ordered faded so bad after one wash that I could barely see the image. That was disappointing enough, but dealing with their customer service was an even bigger disappointment. Their customer service is the most dysfunctional operation I've ever dealt with. It's really a shame, because they have some really nice images. Their customer service alone would prevent me from ever dealing with them again.

Ordered several weeks ago and the item still hasn’t shipped. Wanted this for my wife’s birthday and mistakenly assumed it would be delivered in under five weeks. No such luck. Hopefully it will arrive at some point.

TERRIBLE PRINT QUALITY. Poster arrived in a timely fashion but I would never hang it on the wall because of how fuzzy and pixilated it is. Asking for a refund.

Do not order from this company. They’ve sent me a defective product twice now and will not refund my money. There was no way to speak to a real person without reporting a bug on their website. Every way I tried to contact them sent me to a bot. They are awful!

Such awful customer service!! I ordered a poster over a month ago, the wrong colour by mistake! I emailed to alter this straight away and they said they couldn't make any changes. So then I awaited its arrival and it never arrived.. I put in a claim and they've sent another one out which again hasnt arrived. If you email them every single email is like its put on a new transcript and they dont see the previous conversation.. and it is all scripted so you basically just go round in a massive circle with 10 different customer advisors! They dont do alterations to orders, they dont do returns/refunds and they don't do exchanges. May aswell have flushed £25 down the toilet. Will not be ordering from them again and most certainly will be telling anyone who says they're going to order from them. This was a present for my sisters birthday which has been and gone! Disgraceful.

Bought a Ramen Type poster in medium size. Delivery was over a month and the quality of paper and print was very Low. The image was clearly wrong scaled for the size - so the pixels look awfull. I could have done better my self in Adobe illustrator. Not professionel work. Think again before you order!

I spent over $60 for a hoodie and a poster. The poster was small and flimsy-definitely not worth $20 and I NEVER received the $40 hoodie I ordered. The company is saying that it was delivered when it was not. They denied my email claim for a refund/replacement and I can’t get in contact to speak to anyone by phone. It’s almost like they have it set up so they don’t have to speak to anyone. This business is definitely one big SCAM!!! I would not recommend anyone ordering from them.
