I ordered three t-shirts from Ateefad Outfits Store. The quality of the images printed on the shirts was poor so I requested a refund. Even though poor quality is listed in their refund policy as a reason for receiving a refund, after several email exchanges from me and a letter from my attorney demanding a refund (to which they didn't respond) Ateefad still hasn't refunded my money. I have reported Ateefad to the IN Attorney General's office, The Fair Trade Commission and the Better Business Bureau and will continue to post my experience on every review platform that I can find.

I ordered two posters and they came misprinted. Contacted customer service and one poster with the same misprint was sent. Requested a refund of my purchase price. Was sent one more (instead of two) posters with the same misprint. Request a refund and was told there are no options except reprints and they will never ever refund your money no matter how many mistakes they make.

I liked what they offered product wise --so much so that I took the risk and ordered from them. What a mistake. One of four items needs to be addressed and now I cannot get a response from them. Don't do business with them as they'll take your money then they close the door.

I placed my order for two t-shirts on July 8th and finally received one on August 14th. Have tried to contact Ateefad but can't as each time I try to e-mail them with the order number it doesn't acknowledge my email address even though it is the one they confirmed my order to and sent the dispatch notice to. So I have only one item for the price of two!! All good ok now. Second T-shirt came!!

I ordered five vintage travel posters. They arrived on substandard paper, the prints were blurry, and they were not sized correctly. They refused to issue me a refund. This company is not trustworthy.

Hopeless, just hopeless. Waited two months for my items, still no sign of them. I approached the company and was fobbed off. You got me once, never again.

I ordered 8 masks only received 6 and 4 of them were not the ones I ordered. They are poor quality. I wanted a refund for the 4 that were wrong but of course they just want to reprint them but since its a guessing game on what they will send me I don't see the point. This place is a scam.
