Terrible company to deal with. Ordered a poster but the tracking stopped working so after a month I contacted the company through there live chat. Might as well have been an automated service as the person was not helpful at all. He eventually told me it was lost so to just put in a claim, be warned when you put in a claim you cannot type anything in, only allows you to select the option for a new one to be sent out. So I did this and I kept getting told my claim was denied and that it was on its way. After 2 months they eventually accepted my claim (no help from live chat) and and that it was lost and would send another out. Same thing again. Tracking stopped working after a month and never showed up. So glad I used PayPal as I have claimed the money back though them. Terrible company will never use again.

We ordered a Butterfly poster. The quality of the print is no better than an advertising slick. You cannot return an item because you don't like the quality of it. Their return policy is very restrictive ... read it before you order. The only reason you can return a print is if it is damaged or blurry.

Ordered a mat and they put the wrong name on it and they won't send me a new one. They keep sending me the same generic responses over and over. I would never buy from this company at all. All I ask is to get it right, your customer service is terrible. I tried to tell them that I have the url of what I ordered and it doesn't matter to them to fix it.

Ordered 4 weeks before christmas, received 3 weeks after christmas. Ad is very misleading. I bought a sign for my wife's barber shop, they made it look like a metal sign, even had the word "metal" in description. In the end, I paid over $30 for a piece of paper. Ripoff.

Haben ein Sweatshirt zu Weihnachten für meinen Neffen bestellt. Es kam an voller Flecken. Da es ein Weihnachtsgeschenk war habe ich es reklamiert und wollte mein Geld zurück. Habe natürlich meinem Neffen einen anderen Pulli gekauft zu Weihnachten. Aussage vom Shop - Rücksendung und Erstattung negativ. Es gibt nur Ersatz, keine Retoure. Fazit - schlechte Qualität und null Kundenservice.

Ordered a door mat from them. They showed pictures that made the product look much larger than the actual size that printed out. Pointed it out with an example picture of their ad and what I actually received and they claimed that the product matched the campaign. Yes I should have looked at the sizes better but when they provide very misleading examples I think it's B.S. Will never use again.
