Purchased a mount and phone holder, unfortunately the mount broke the trim on my car because of the way it fits. I cannot return it because I mounted their phone holder into the pre drilled screw holes. I was planning to keep the phone holder as these items are sold separately. Bottom line I would not purchase from this company, if you’re not satisfied you will still pay a restocking fee and return shipping. I am now stuck with a $40 peice plastic and broken trim in my new car. When a company will not stand behind your complete satisfaction it tells you the return rate is very high.

★☆☆☆☆ — Defective mount, missing replacement, and no refund I paid $43.48 for an A-Tach Nissan Pathfinder phone mount, and the faceplate separated from the mount. A-Tach acknowledged that there might have been a bad weld connection and promised to send a replacement right away. More than two weeks later, the replacement still had not arrived, and the tracking showed no USPS acceptance scan. A-Tach said they had handed the package to USPS and attributed the missing scan to a shipping issue. By then, I had found another mounting solution and requested a refund, offering to return the defective product. A-Tach refused the refund because screws had entered the faceplate—even though the problem I reported was the separation of the mount’s bonded parts, which they had already acknowledged could be defective. They offered another free replacement, which I declined. After a failed product and weeks without the promised replacement, I had lost confidence in both the quality and their ability to resolve the issue to my satisfaction. In my experience, ProClip offers better quality and better customer service. I recommend spending your money there. I will not purchase from A-Tach again.

Order #44780. Product of poor quality. Super slow customer service. While the company would of course say otherwise, the 2.6 review rating speaks for itself. Stay away.

Cheaply made - this thing broke before I even had it installed

Purchased 2014 Subaru Outback custom mount and MagSafe phone holder. Mount did not fit car securely enough to stay attached under the pressure of removing the phone from the mag holder. Bottom line mount was a failure when coupled with the MagSafe phone holder.

Even 1 star is too much. Shipping to europe, more than 7 weeks with no support at all from the team. You have to chase everything yourself. Paid for signature but never received the parts even though showing delivered bear in mind paid also the customs fee. Now the even dont reply to my mails for a solution, 2 parts for 30 usd cost me 120 usd but never received anything

I strongly advise against purchasing any products from A-Tack Mounts. This company has been nothing short of unacceptable. The product I received was defective right out of the box. Most frustrating is their refusal to honor their own return policy. Spend your money elsewhere.

First off, these things are VERY expensive for what they are. A simple piece of plastic cost almost 70$$$$. I made sure I had the right size and make, but the product was not even REMOTELY close to fitting, I'm talking the piece that is supposed to secure to the dash is at least 3-4 inches too short. Returns are a pain in the behind, They don't have a number to call, you must use email. I would say don't waste you time
