Incredibly beautiful and comfortable shoes. I’ve never received so many compliments on my shoes. BUT after just 1 1/2 months, a crack appeared in the sole of the left shoe, and after only a few days, the entire sole split in two. Very nice shoes, but they’re extremely lacking in durability. Shoes worth €50 that only lasted 1 1/2 months—it’s not worth it at all, and even taking them to a cobbler would cost me more than the shoes themselves.

The shoes are nice but the delivery has totally put me off from ever buying again or recommending this shop to friends. You can really tell if a company cares about their customers by the delivery company they choose and unfortunately for UK customers they use INPOST which is cheap and unreliable. It took a total of 6 days since the day it was supposed to be delivered for me to receive which then had to walk 40 minutes just to get my parcel from the locker. The drivers ignored my instructions to leave in safe space twice, I even had a poster stuck on my door asking to leave at my safe space but that was ignored so clearly the driver never made it to my door two days in a row. I then directed it to a nearby (40 minutes walk) locker and everyday they marked it as locker issue or locker full when after contacting support and checking myself it was clear that the locker had no issue and had plenty of space, driver just couldn’t be bothered to deliver it both days. I contacted asyllum support and they were very unhelpful and didn’t even offer any compensation for this issue. I bought new shoes which I never do, last time i bought myself something was probably few years ago, but I was made redundant twice due to closure and wanted to treat myself something nice with my notice pay to cheer myself up but what a total disappointment. I should’ve just bought with the same shop I buy from all the time instead of choosing asyllum.
