omg finally!! been wanting these shoes forever but they never had my size. messaged them on IG and they actually made the heels in my size!! they look so good irl.

was lowkey panicking when my order didn't ship for weeks. emailed them and they replied so fast!! turns out the heels were a pre-order and i totally missed that. anyway the shoes are great and exactly what i expected.

Great experience with Asyllum. I was a bit sceptical because of the reviews online, but i loved the shoes that much i was willing to take the risk and i'm so glad i did! Not only were the shoes super comfortable and event better than i expected in terms of quality and design, but the customer service was great. The shoes were taking longer than expected to be delivered but the team responded to my emails super quickly, even on weekends, to reassure me the delivery was coming. They even offered me 30% off as the delivery was taking longer. Would purchase again!
