Do not trust this lot. They are the worst online company I have ever encountered. I responded to a nice glossy YouTube advert showing beautiful 3D Christmas wine glasses. What I received were nothing like the items that were advertised. They were cheap imitations with stickers that could be pulled off. I paid £66 for something I could buy for less than £6. I will never buy from this company again, and I doubt if I will ever trust another Chinese company. They have taken to advertising their Cr*p in glossy American adverts, which I realise now are just AI constructs. I doubt very much if those 3D Christmas wine glasses even exist. 12th October. Asweety have responded with their usual stock reply. "Please contact us and we will try to resolve the issue" They should know all about "the issue" since we had exchanged no less than 7 E-Mails before I uploaded that review. Their way of resolving the issue was to offer a few dollars in compensation. They had gone from $7 to $10 to $15 to $18 to $21. I am not interested in their hush money. It is more important that customers know the truth about this company

⭐ 1 Star This is one of the most disappointing online purchases I have ever made. The glasses I received look nothing like the product shown on the website. The advertised Christmas designs appeared large, detailed, and three-dimensional. In reality, there is absolutely no 3D effect at all. The motifs are small, unimpressive, and appear to be nothing more than stickers attached to ordinary wine glasses. The disappointment didn’t stop there. The attractive presentation box shown in the product photos was not included. The glasses arrived in plain packaging, with no decorative gift or storage box as advertised. The difference between the advertised product and the item I received is shocking. Had the website shown the actual product, I would never have placed this order. Quite frankly, I feel misled as a customer. What I received looks like inexpensive wine glasses with small stickers on them, not the premium decorative glasses presented in the advertisement. I rarely leave negative reviews, but in this case I feel other customers deserve to know what they are actually likely to receive. I cannot recommend this product and I will not purchase from this company again.

This has been terrible! I purchased 2 hummingbird solar lights over ago, 2 months have gone by and still not resolved One of the products came broke and the company only wants to give me 3 dollars I paid 30.00$ each I Will never order anything from this company again. All they do is give you the run around so you get so frustrated that I they hope you will just give up on your refund! I should have read the comments from others that purchased from them first!

Placed an order on 6/3/26. I never received it. Emailed the company and they said it was delivered to me on 7/7/26. I went to the Post Office to check and they informed me that although tracking said it was delivered to me, the shipping label was fraudulently changed to another name and address and it was delivered to her. The company still insisted it was sent to me even after I sent them a copy of the shipping label received from the Post Office. My credit card company, the same. They said they reached out to the company and the company said it was delivered to me and they closed my claim benefiting the seller. I am now calling the Postal Inspector to report this. I am not happy that this could not be resolved by either the company or my credit agency even though I sent them the evidence from the Post Office. I would stay away from this company.

The T shirt is nice but the fabric is of low quality.

This company responded to my email immediately, kept in touch and resolved the issue. Excellent customer service.

They were very helpful when I decided to change the size of the shirt I had ordered.My wife likes the shirt very much.0
