My problem got taken care of by Layla. However, her professionalism on the phone call was nil if not void. When I got done stating what I wanted to get done, she sighed at the end of that statement. Then later on when she asked me if I had access to my email, she kind of sounded exasperated and was kind of being snotty about it. I don’t appreciate the innuendo nor snide sound effects. And also, I don’t appreciate her paying attention to somebody else that she probably sits next to and that’s why she was kind of giggling throughout the phone call. You can hear it rather obviously. Leighla (Leila-Layla) is very unprofessional.
