Sent in 9 or 10 last year, all new boxes, they said 4 were missing a label or something, wouldnt pay me for them, but would not return TV gem either.

They are very prompt with your payment for the product you send them, usually a 7 day turn around. Great company to deal with.

I found other places similar to yours that pay higher prices with the same brand of strips. On a positive note, the mailing process was easy and the check arrived fast.
