I have had only one negative encounter and that was I sent perfectly intact strips once that were packaged properly to keep them intact and was sent a note with my check that said some of my boxes were damaged I don’t believe that. Otherwise I would rate them 5 stars.

Easy and quick just think the money should be a little bit more other wise I'm content...

I received a check for my strips, put it into my account, and the check bounced. I emailed assist diabetics, the person responded saying there was a problem with someone trying to cash checks. They apologized saying a new check would be sent out plus the fees for my bank. After a week, I called in and the woman said that nothing was reported, and that they had no problem at the time the check was returned. She made it seem like I was lying, she had me fax over the returned check copy and the statement from my bank for the fees, it still took another 2 weeks for a check...VERY ANGRY

They pay pretty good for the product. Pay quickly once they receive what you have sent to them. Just make sure no damage on the boxes and that they are not close to expiring.

Very dependable

I had extra test strips and my prescription company changed the brand. I think that Assist Diabetic was very easy to use. My payment came very quickly.
