First off yes it is a legit company and NOT a scam . Their agents customer service are horrible though and I can get a better attitude from an employee at McDonald’s. I do wish they had bigger boxes and direct deposit because waiting almost a week for a check to come is a little annoying especially when the envelopes aren’t even sealed that contains the check .
