Process is easy, customer service agents are always there to help resolve any issues

My call was to check to make sure that Assist Diabetics had received the package I had recently mailed. Jasmine was patient & professional with me, explaining that you had just received it & how the process worked. She has a lovely phone presence, she then asked if there was anything else she could help me with. I requested another mailing label. She was much more pleasant than some of the others that answer your phones. I apologize for it taking me a bit longer to reply to this email. Thank you again for taking care of my needs. This organization is wonderful!! I have never had a problem with them. You can call and speak to someone when you have a question such as I did and Jasmine was just great!! Answered my questions also text information to me and sent the information out immediately.
