Michael, thank you very much for giving us a chance to address your issue. I have looked up your entire history. You have used our service many times over the years and we really value your relationship. Upon the review of all of your transactions, we can confidently say we have never discounted a single product for damage or condition. We do not discount for damage to a box as long as the box is still sealed. We accept tears, rips, scuffs, marks, or any cosmetic imperfections. Our goal is to get each box we purchase used by a diabetic in need of low cost testing supplies. There was one box you sent in a long time ago that was not paid for because its expiration date was 6 days after we received it. We could not possibly have found a diabetic who could have used an entire box of test strips in 6 days :) In an effort to correct your issue we will issue a payment for the expired box.
