After experiencing over a year of issues with Assist Diabetics, sending me the incorrect amounts that were owed to me for my strips and lancets, Finally someone by the name of Tiffany was able to resolve or at the least, as I speak, is resolving this issue. She noted the account properly and emailed her superiors to make sure that I no longer receive two separate checks and am not inconvenienced further having to call 2 to 4 times a month just to get this issue cleared. Tiffany has assured me that I will now start receiving one check per order for the submission of strips and/or lancets. It takes a knowledgeable, patient and accommodating customer service representative like Tiffany to assure a customer of their response to act professionally, ethically, and efficiently as per the request of a customer. Tiffany has demonstrated her abilities today. Employees like Tiffany need to be commended as they are an asset to your company. Once again thank you Tiffany for listening and following through in the utmost professional and sympathetic manner you did.

They are true to their word. The process was easy and fast. I didn’t pay anything out of pocket. Once I received the package in order for me to send my items once I shipped out my items and they received it. I received my pay check within 1 week. Thank you
