I spoke with Laura because I needed some clarification on how to send in the test strips if I needed to block out the name on the test strips and she explained that it was optional and for me to take pictures of the test strips and the label as well and give it to my mail carrier or take it to the post office to be mailed

I did not receive my check from the Dietbetic stripes I sent in on 7/14/22 I called back on 7/25/22 to because I had not received it. I was told to wait a couple of days. I called back to day 7/30/22 to let u guys know I still have not received it. The customer service person who I talked to verified my address but it was my old address, so she updated my new address & canceled the check reissue the new check.
