Tiffany was excellent! She was able to help resolve my issue of a missing payment; cancel the check and reissue the check within 48hrs. I love this service!

Update, the company worked hard to make sure I did receive my check. Thank you again and I will be doing more with them.

Duane, we appreciate you giving us the opportunity to address your issue. What you have been told is correct. Your check (#437898) for $120 was mailed on 8/31. While most people receive their check in 3-7 days it can take longer depending on the postal service. The postal service was also closed on Monday because of Labor Day. As of writing this I see that today is only the 5th day the check has actually been in transit. We owe you that money and the transaction is not complete until you are paid and satisfied. At any time we can issue a stop payment and reissue your check, however you will have to wait for it to be mailed again. Please try to stay patient your payment is definitely on its way :) Please read the other reviews on TrustPilot, we strive to provide the best possible customer service experience. Please consider revising our rating after you have been paid and satisfied.

Box Size
I called and asked if the company has different sizes of boxes because i have MANY pen needle boxes to send in and the box only allows 4 unopened pen needle boxes. She going to send me a label so I can use it on a larger box.
