Tiffany was very helpful to me and explained the prices so I understand

I was notified, via text, that a check had been sent out and had not been cashed yet and was asked to please call customer service. I called in and spoke with Alexa after explaining my situation, She reviewed my record and confirmed that a check was sent but had not been cashed. I informed her that for whatever reason I did not receive the check. She said they would void the old check and send a new one immediately. Had they not notified me, I more than likely I would have never even noticed. Overall I'm very pleased with the customer service as a whole! Alexa was very polite, helpful and professional during our phone call.

She was polite and helpful. She quickly solved my problem. I was absolutely pleased with her working performance. Stephanie was excellent. I give her 5 stars.

Maria gave me a great alternative fir shipment if the syringes. I am a certified diabetes educator and I know how valuable things are. I am glad they will be out to good use. I appreciate Maria’s help.
