Properly and promptly issued checks!

I lost my check in the mail and Tiffany did an amazing job helping me replace it! The wait time was under a minute and she communicated me really well on what I needed.

I send out and don't have to worry about being cheated

Maria was very knowledgeable and was great to work with. She explained everything to me

I received a phone call insisting that they would rectify their mistake, we shall see!!

Alexa was the best. She was quick, efficent, clear, listened, and responded respectfully. If she was in the army she should be rewarded with a higher rank and medal; but since she works for your company a raise should be given in the very near future. Alexa knows the assignemnt!

She was sooo helpful and helped solved what I had called for them to do, so she was wonderful and her name is Maria, a very sweet young lady

Calling & getting a answer right away. Alexa making the call easy, fast & ending result completing my reason for calling. Thank You Alexa!!! ;)
