First I was pleased with the short wait time!! ALEXA your representative (a real human who spoke English (&Spanish)) was pleasant, courteous & knowledgable!! Her “script” was personal. Being of Latin descent I knew she too was Latino not by an obvious accent but by her tone. She provided me with the information I needed but also discovered I had an old contact number which was updated. Overall it was a pleasure to receive superb customer service!!
